Get Application Financing Information
This will explain the steps to apply to MBI’s Massage and Bodywork Practitioner program. If you would like information on financing you will find the contact links at the bottom of the page.
Follow our three step application process.
Step One:
Read completely through the catalog. It is important that you read the catalog completely as it becomes part of the agreement. The forms to apply and register are at the back.
Step Two:
Fill out the application (the first 2 pages of forms) and mail it to our main office at 1744 S Garfield Ave, Traverse City, MI 49686. Make sure to include a copy of your photo ID, a copy of your high school diploma, equivalent, or college degree, and the application fee of $150.
We will process your application and send you a confirmation email.
The application tells us to contact you when the class is filling up to see if you want to register at that time.
Note: The application does not reserve your place in the program.
Step Three:
Fill out the registration and payment agreement (the last four forms in the catalog and mail them to our main office at 1744 S Garfield Ave, Traverse City MI 49686.
Include your payment for the registration of $1,200 and the equipment fees of $760 (for a total $1,960).
We will process your registration and send you a confirmation email that your place is now reserved in the program. Also MBI will contact you to make arrangements for your chosen payment option.
Schedule a Tour:
You can also contact us to make an appointment to tour the school and we will answer your questions and help you with the forms.
Discounts:
Bear in mind there is a $250 discount for paying all the fees before class starts.

MBI accepts credit and debit cards.
Apply for financing for your schooling.
Student Loans
We have a student loan company that will finance the registration, equipment, and tuition for your program. You only pay MBI’s application fee of $150, then fill out the loan for the rest. The interest amount is a good rate and the monthly payments are very low. If you would like more information, contact Jim at MBI.

Also, MBI will finance students in-house*:
MBI accepts Credit or Debit cards for all or part of your fees to customize the monthly payments and duration of the financing.
The WEEKEND 11.5 month program
$2,110 down (which covers the $150 application, $1,200 registration, and $760 book etc. fees) and split the tuition $4850 into 12 payments of $404.17 each.*
The WEEKDAY 6.5 month program:
Option A - $4130.81 down (which covers the $150 application, $1,200 registration, and $760 book etc. and partial tuition pre-pay of $2020.81) and split the remaining tuition $2,829.19 into 7 payments of $404.17 each.*
Option B - $2110 down (which covers the $150 application, $1,200 registration, and $760 book etc. )and split the remaining tuition $4850 into 7 payments of $692.86 each.*
*MBI reserves the right to limit availability of this option to a maximum of two students per class.
